Champagne Alfred Tritant à Bouzy
It is called 'My Essential' because we have chosen to get to the essence of the wine, of its original fruit, by opting for a minimum sugar dosage, adapted to long maturation in the cellar. A bunch of grapes is naturally represented.
Freshness & Structure
This cuvée has a clear, bright, pale yellow colour. The effervescence is fine and persistent, offering a light, delicate mousse.
The nose is expressive and refined. It opens with fresh notes, aromas of yellow fruit, pear and fresh almond. It then opens up to more rounded notes of pastries and candied lemon.
The attack on the palate is fresh and lively. It is marked by notes of ripe yellow fruit and citrus (lemon, grapefruit). The palate is a balance between tension and structure. The mousse offers a nice volume on the palate. The texture is supported by this tension, which lengthens the finish. The palate then opens up to more indulgent notes of biscuit, vanilla and candied lemon.
This wine pairs perfectly with sea bream carpaccio, truffle risotto, or roast poultry. Or enjoy it as an aperitif with fresh oysters sprinkled with lemon zest or scallop tartare.
