Champagne Alfred Tritant à Bouzy
This cuvée is rare and unusual. The Chardonnay expresses itself alone in a very particular and exceptional way, by being grown on prestigious terroirs traditionally dedicated to Pinot Noir. It is indeed a Blanc de Blancs, as the whiteness and purity of its label suggest.
Generosity & Freshness
This cuvée has a clear, pale gold colour with slight green highlights. Its effervescence is lively and offers a lovely, persistent string of bubbles.
A delicate and refined bouquet, opens with aromas of white fruits and white flowers, with a subtle minerality. Then it opens up with notes of breadcrumbs, roasted almonds and fresh mint.
A clean, lively attack with fresh citrus notes bringing tension and freshness. A fine, delicate texture, prolonged silkily by notes of fresh almonds. A persistent finish with more indulgent notes of citrus compote, marzipan and salty notes.
This wine pairs perfectly with young Comté cheese, white fish with a citrus sauce, tuna tartare or chicken breast with a light cream sauce.
