Champagne Alfred Tritant à Bouzy
This is a Rosé made by blending, with Bouzy Rouge. Our red wine gives this delicate champagne a persistent finish with aromas of red fruit. 'Mon Rosé' is associated with a feminine face, a trace of the women who have worked at Champagne Alfred Tritant.
Freshness & Gourmandise
This champagne has a salmon pink colour with coppery highlights. The effervescence is delicate and persistent, forming a pretty collar.
It is expressive, elegant and refined. First, marked by aromas of ripe orange and wild strawberry. Then, with more complex notes, rich and warm, gingerbread, caramelised almonds and cherries in brandy.
Attack lively, with good tension, followed by a full-bodied, warm and rich palate: a perfect balance between the wine's structure and freshness. Aromas of red berries mixed with hazelnut, toasted bread and honey. The finish is precise and persistent, with rich notes of crushed raspberries and white pepper.
This cuvée pairs perfectly with roast poultry, red tuna tataki or a lightly sweetened dessert featuring rhubarb and strawberries. Also be served as an aperitif with caramelised onion tartlets, salmon tartare or Iberian ham.
